    We can provide a "safety net" for all levels of Consultant

            We can help your Consultants. SAP is a huge subject, no Consultant knows ALL aspects of his module and how it can be applied to all organizations.
            However good the Consultant is, there will always be areas that they are unsure of, we can help with those areas.  We have help documents covering the "tricky" areas of SAP, written in easy to understand language, using the techniques we have learned during the years that we taught the SAP Partner Academy for SAP UK. We are used to teaching Consultants, we know what they need to know and how best to transfer that knowledge.
            We will be offering a help desk service via the Internet, so your Consultants can contact us from anywhere in the world, at any time. We guarantee a reply within 24 hours (but this is the maximum, we have so far answered many within 10 minutes, most within 2 hours). We are not saying that we have the answer to EVERY SAP question ever raised, but we know the system well enough to be able to answer most questions straight away, if on the rare occasion we don't then we will not give up until we find out. We are sure that if you try us out, you will not be disappointed.

            We believe in the "Mentor" approach to developing the skills of the less experienced Consultants.
If you were to use your own top consultants to do this, you would be losing valuable chargeable time and SOME Consultants do not appreciate passing on their "hard earned" knowledge to a Junior. We have no need to protect our knowledge, we are more than happy to pass on the "hints and tips" that we have learned over the years of SAP consulting. We enjoy working with SAP and we like "showing off" it's powers and flexibility to others.
 
 

   If you are not a Consultant, CCC, VAR or Partner, than how can we help you?

            Basically, if you are involved in SAP in any way, our knowledge of the system and the SAP market is sure to be of some use to you. Mail us and let us know what you do (Recruitment Agency, third party software or hardware supplier, etc. etc.). We are sure that we can help in some way.

How do you know that we are any good, there are lots of people who think that they are SAP Experts?
 
 

This is one of the hardest questions for us to answer. There is no way that you can tell if we are any good without trying us first!

Firstly this whole site has been created by Steve Birchall, he has 18/19 years experience as an IT consultant (From Systems analyst upwards) 15 years of that as an Independent Contractor. Included in this is 9 years as an SAP Consultant, included in this is 4 years of carrying out training for SAP at their HQ (Training EVERY week, not just the occasional course!). Included in the 4 years is 2 years teaching the whole 5 weeks of the SAP Academy in the UK. (Averaging an evaluation score of 4.6 out of 5 and a student first time pass rate for the certification exam of 90%+ (99% after first re-sit)). SAP Certified in MM (Release 3.x and 4.x) and BW.

Steve has a very simple approach to this service;

Firstly it must help all members as much as possible. By doing this it will therefore improve the quality of consultants, this will improve the quality of systems that are installed, this means happier SAP clients (and MORE Clients), this means they want more from their SAP systems. This therefore keeps all of the good consultants (you and us) in demand and everyone is happy.

Secondly, good consultants like working with the SAP system, it's power and flexibility is phenomenal, so those of us that work on this site enjoy what we do, all we are asking is for enough money from this site to cover what we would get when we work as consultants. WE ARE NOT OUT TO CASH IN ON SAP! Our charges will reflect this, but there will always be those that will accuse us of being out to make millions. We just ask for your trust.

Steve will only use consultants in his team that are genuinely highly skilled in SAP systems. They must also enjoy what they do, as I am sure that you guys will really test them.

However, if you want some real evidence of the quality of help, then you can check out the MM Forum on SAPFANS (an excellent FREE site offering help with queries). You will find many solutions provided by Steve Birchall (Mainly on the MM Forum). This should give you an example of the quality and speed of our help.

Why are we showing you a site that can help for free, are we crazy? (Yes probably!) The important things to consider are, although this is an excellent site, how can you tell how much the person answering your query knows? There are many answers posted that are excellent and there are a few guys there that do know what they are talking about, BUT there are also some answers that are almost laughable. (You may waste many hours, trying out something that may never work). Also there is no guarantee that you will even get a response (especially if it is a tricky problem).

We are considering a range of fee options, to suit differing requirements. 
(Please note that we regret having to charge ANY fee, but we do commit to helping you.)
(Also please consider the fact that we can obtain top rates as consultants and so for us to dedicate our time to this service, we need to cover our costs somehow.)

We guarantee that you will get more than your moneys worth, if you don't, WE WON'T CHARGE YOU!

Please note that to be a full member of our services and therefore be entitled to use our logo, you MUST sign up for a period of 12 months minimum.

Option 1 -  would be a monthly fee (£25) with no charge for questions within the module that the membership applies to. (If we have to get involved in major design work, this will be chargeable).
This would give access to all of our help documents, glossary, hints and tips and info on new releases or new SAP products.
You can join for any period from 1 month upwards. This option may suit consultants who only occasionally work on projects. This option does NOT include the use of our Logo or any of the associated services.
Membership fees would be due at the end of each month.
 

Option 2 - would be a yearly fee (£75) and additional charges for questions.
Members would gain access to all areas but would have to pay £5, £10 or £20 per question depending on the time we have to spend.
(Please remember that £20 is approximately the same cost as 10 minutes of a Consultants fee!)
We expect the vast majority of questions to fall into the £5 rate.
If the question is easy for us to answer and we do not have to spend any time investigating, we will NOT charge for this.
The yearly fee would be due immediately on joining. This option does not include FULL membership or use of our Logo.

Option 3 - would be FULL membership, with the use of the Logo and all services, including free questions within your module. The cost for this service will be £250 per year, payable in advance. We will, from time to time, post special offers etc. that may only be available to full members.

(N.B. overseas membership fees will be at the exchange rates current at the time of application)
 

Option 4 - would be Corporate membership, this would vary according to individual Companies (CCCS, VARs, etc.) depending on the number of Consultants and the Modules involved. We will be happy to give you a quotation.
 
 

Method of payment will be  Credit Card or Cheque

We will invoice you at the end of each month, if appropriate, or we can accept Direct debits.
